Audio Troubleshooting Methods

I am having trouble hearing audio.

If you're unable to hear audio, make sure the audio on the website or mobile device is on and adjusted appropriately. 

Also, check the volume on the video control to make sure it is unmuted and turned ON. This is located in the bottom-left corner of the video player.

If you're still having issues, try the following steps:

  • Log-out and then log back into your B/R account.
  • Restart your preferred web browser.
  • Try to play a video to check if the issue is still present.
  • Attempting to stream games on another device will help us isolate the cause of the issue.
  • Utilize all troubleshooting steps that apply (according to the device).
  • Log onto http://speedtest.net to check your connection's speed.
  • Reset your router according to the manufacturer's specifications.
